At the age of 12, Musk invented a video game called Blastar and sold it to a PC magazine company for $500. This was his first commercial success and a turning point in his education.
After graduating from college, Musk enrolled in an energy physics doctoral program at Stanford. However, he dropped out after two days and began a software business, Zip2.
He was interested in solar power, the internet, and electric cars, and he knew that he could become a successful tech entrepreneur. This drive pushed him to learn to code in three days, which helped him turn his vision for a future driven by technology into reality.
